"Ain`t Nothin Like That Good Ole Mountian Dew"

Not your average Beef Cows

Yes, you read it right, I have Dominecker cows.   At least that's what we been calling them, since they are all speckled, but they are NOT Holsteins.  Bill Edd my stepfather gave me my first "Dominecker" heifer about 4 years ago and I bred her to a Black Angus bull.  Now on the 4th generation,  they still come out "Dominecker".   I have had on solid black steer, but the rest look just like the moma cow.   Even though they are not the industry standard coloring, they make great mothers, good milkers and always raise a sound calf with not problems.   When it comes right down to it, you don't see what color the hide is when you order a steak.
